Adults can enjoy a sauna session in Sonnen Spa (‘adults only’): - **Infra-red salt stone sauna** 40 – 45 °C The energetic effect of Himalayan salt stone promotes a positive attitude to life, helps calm inner conflicts and is beneficial for your respiratory tract and skin. - **Salt water steam bath** 42 – 45 °C Finely dissolved sea salt crystals are atomised. Adding essential extracts of eucalyptus and mint purifies and nourishes your respiratory tract. A session in the salt water steam bath is like being by the sea and is beneficial for your lungs. - **Serail bath** (Rasul) available to book a an extra - **Herbal bath** 55 °C The herbal bath inspires with its gently radiating heat. At 55 °C a fresh herbal infusion increases the humidity level and a lovely scent, just like being out in nature, fills the air. - **Tyrol sauna** 90 °C The aroma of and the ambience created by natural, local wood pampers body and mind.
