MUKABHYANGA (HEAD, FACE, NECK)
This treatment with warm sesame oil stimulates circulation and improves muscle tone. By incorporating marma vital points, it has a reflective effect on deeper tissues and organ systems and leads to deep, intensive relaxation.

UPANAHA PRISHTA (BACK MASSAGE)
The Ayurvedic back massage with warm sesame oil relaxes the muscles and gives a general feeling of well-being.
