Your all-inclusive ¾ gourmet board starts with your evening meal on the day you arrive and ends with breakfast on the day you are due to depart.

In Sonnen Resort an all-inclusive holiday awaits, with lots of extras and services – from sport and leisure offers to wellness and spa indulgence, right the way through to an extensive fun & activity programme for kids and teens.

On the day you are due to arrive your room in the Sonne will be ready for you from 3.00 p.m. And we would ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 a.m. On the day you are due to depart.

From 1.00 p.m. we charge € 30.00 per adult (reduced rate for children).

In the event of early departure, or no-show, 70 to 100 % of the total holiday rate will be charged.

Great idea – we will collect you free of charge from the train station in Naturns. Let us know in good time when you are due to arrive.

The public transport network in South Tyrol is very well set up and many of the nearby excursion destinations are within easy reach when you travel by bus and train, for instance to Merano and Bolzano.

Unfortunately we cannot provide any advance booking for tables, nor can specific tables be booked.

Can be paid via debit card, Eurocard, Visa, Master card (please clarify with your own bank that your card will work abroad). American Express and Diners Club not accepted.

On request dogs are welcome in Sonnen Resort, except in the common room and in the garden area. There is a charge of between € 30.00 and € 40.00 per day. Please bring a basket/blanket with you.

A closed parking space is available right at the hotel at night | Underground garage € 23.00 per day

Please note that room categories are available to book but specific rooms and floors cannot be reserved.

From experience, we know that despite all the excitement about your booked vacation, there can always be unexpected circumstances that may arise. To save both you and us from costs and inconvenience, we strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance. 

• Cancellations are only valid in writing, and a processing fee of €70.00 per booked room will always be charged. 
• For the peak holiday season from July 06th to August 31st, 2024, cancellations are free of charge up to 4 months prior to arrival (excluding the €70.00 processing fee per booked room).
• For the Easter holidays from March 26th to April 6th, 2024, cancellations are free of charge up to 3 months prior to arrival (excluding the €70.00 processing fee per booked room). 
• For the Pentecost holidays from May 18th to June 2nd, 2024, cancellations are free of charge up to 10 weeks prior to arrival (excluding the €70.00 processing fee per booked room). 
• For the autumn holidays from September 29th to November 3rd, 2024, cancellations are free of charge up to 6 months prior to arrival (excluding the €70.00 processing fee per booked room).
• Afterwards, 80 - 100% of the booked arrangement will be charged. 
• In the event of early departure or non-arrival, 80% - 100% of the booking amount will be charged (depending on seasonal periods). 
• In the case of cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the holiday (regardless of the travel time), 100% of the booking amount will be charged. 
• All other times can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 weeks before the start of the holiday (excluding a processing fee of €70.00 per booked room). 
• The cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are re-let in whole or in part. 
• Deposits will not be refunded, but credited in the form of a Holiday Voucher. The voucher is valid for 1 year and can be used for one or more stays. 
• There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of consumer protection law.
• The above cancellation conditions apply until further notice!
  
  Trip cancellation insurance

Lost property will be stored until the end of the season. If items are not claimed there will be donated to charity.

• Discounted prices can only be availed of once per booking. We would ask that week packages be booked in advance!
• Should prices differ in the reservation confirmation, the prices listed in the price list will apply!
• Subject to changes in price, printing errors, general errors and changes to offers.

We deduct € 12.00 from the ¾ package price (Lunch-buffet and dinner not included).
