Accessibility statement
We are committed to making our website accessible in accordance with the Stanca Act in its current version, which implements the European Accessibility Directive (RL 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services.
This accessibility statement applies to www.sonnenresort.at.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA have been followed as far as possible. We are continuously working to identify and remove existing barriers.
Current status
Our website is partially compliant with the requirements of the Accessibility Act. Some content and functions do not yet fully fulfil the requirements of WCAG 2.2 AA:
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
Disproportionate burden
Most of the contrasts on the website – particularly in texts, labels and various buttons – do not currently meet the requirements of the WCAG 2.1 AA guideline. This particularly affects the readability of content for users with visual impairments. Fully adapting these elements would currently involve a disproportionate amount of effort, as the corporate design of Sonnen Resort is very difficult to reconcile with accessibility requirements.
The content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legislation.
- We cannot guarantee accessibility for third-party content (Additive, weather widgets, e.g.) that is beyond our control.
