The Sonnen Resort activity and health programme changes weekly and features guided hikes, daily Yoga sessions, body training, Zumba and lots more for some action-packed variety during your holiday. So, don’t forget your trainers, walking shoes and sports clothes!
Weekly fitness programme
In the fitness club in the Sonnen Resort, several training sessions take place each day, 7 days a week (from early in the morning, right through to the evening). Qualified trainers and health coaches lead courses as part of the inclusive Wellfit programme – here is a small snippet of the fitness options available:
Fitness room and keep fit in the Aquagarden
The Sonnen Resort fitness room (250 m²) is equipped with state-of-the-art Technogym cardio machines, weights machines and dumbbells. The fitness centre has state-of-the-art cardio machines, Isostep, Multipla Bank, spin bikes, a power stepper, Wave Technogym, cross-trainer and ergo-bikes for your Wellfit programme.

For anyone who is a fan of training using their own body weight, we have our own Callisthenics Park. Get fit using your own body weight thanks to creative exercises with pull-ups, push-ups and try out the coolest moves from Parkour and Freerunning! In the new Callisthenics Park there are pull-up bars, other work-out bars and everything you need for perfect Callisthenics training.
Professional bouldering realm with 3 different sectors
In our bouldering realm you get to experience climbing without a rope and climbing belt, on our artificial climbing wall, which is close to ground level. Ideal terrain for practising your technique, having fun and immersing yourself in the realm of climbing.
- ‘Slab bouldering sector“ – also suitable for beginners (professionals will find a difficulty level of 8 here with the smallest grips)
- ‘Pro zone’ – with roofs and overhangs up to 5.5 metres in length – from a medium difficulty level with larger grips to a route that provides more of challenge for experts and professionals
- ‘Technical sector’ – to improve your technique and experiment with exciting and fun, movement-oriented bouldering – for all ages!
